Metropolis 7
Published:
It is created for CTIN 488 Game Design Workshop and subsequently worked on for CTIN458 Business and Management of Games class.
With Jeff Xiao, Austin Spiegel, and Aditya Valvi.
Motivation
When I went from MS student in Computer Science general track to a PhD student at USC and responsible for being the teaching assistant for the senior capstone class, I figured that I can perform my role better if I have learned the same material that they did. I took CTIN 488 Game Design Workshop - the introductory game design course that all computer science games MS students had to take.
Misc
The course was taught by Jeremy (Gibson) Bond, who was also one of my instructor in CSCI 499 Immersive Game Development. He has brought the rapid prototyping process from Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center over to USC and shown us what we can achieve with it.
The lab was taught by Vincent Diamante.1
